Shipping Insurance & Claims

Once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  4. Provide any required documentation, including tracking number and proof of value.

We are happy to provide supporting documentation (such as proof of shipment or invoice copies) upon request to assist with your claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
