Processing Time

All orders have a 7–10 business day processing time.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • Delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide supporting documentation if needed.
